Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product has a fitting issue
To be eligible for a replacement:
Customer must provide a proper unboxing/opening video
The video must clearly show:
Sealed package being opened
Product condition at the time of opening
Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
No Refund Policy
We do not provide any refunds under any circumstances
Only replacement will be processed if the issue meets our eligibility criteria
Important Conditions
No claims will be accepted without an unboxing video
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
Products must be unused and in original condition for replacement approval
